NDPL customers can easily pay bills from its official website www.ndpl.com . To pay bill you will be required to enter your Contract Account No (CA NO.)
Some points to consider while paying bills:
- On credit/debit card part payments are not allowerd.
- credit/debit card payments should be make 3 days in advance to avoid late payment changes.
- No charges/processing fees shall be charged by TPDDL for payment made for electricity bills up to a limit of Rs 5000 during one billing cycle.
- For payments above Rs 5000, the processing fees/charges shall be collected directly by the credit card company/Payment Gateway/Bank etc. from the consumer.
